Rooting Hormones
Rooting hormones are used for making your propagation worries smaller. : )
Rooting hormones will help to stimulate root and shoot growth in new cuttings. We always have stock of the clonex and rootex brands. Indole Butyric Acid is the active used in both the clonex and rootex products.
The Clonex ™ range of gel based rooting hormones is made by Growth Technology. A very popular and long lasting product, available in the 2 most popular formulations, Purple(3g/l IBA) and Red(8g/l IBA).

Rootex-L is a 4 g/l IBA based liquid made in Australia by BASS Laboratories. Approval # 33348/0802. Rootex-P is a rooting powder with a 3g/kg of IBA made in Australia by BASS Laboratories. Each pack contains enough powder for 600 plants.

Jiffy products
Jiffy pots and discs are made of biodegradable fibre and peat. They are great for propagating seeds and can also be used for cuttings. A Jiffy Tray is also available that not only fits 30 Jiffy discs or pots but also suits the Heat 'n' Grow seedling box and trays.

Heating pads
Thermofilm manufacture specialist propagation heating pads for the horticultural industry. They are available in four different sizes, the TPS020, TPS030, TPS040 and the TPS080. The TPS020 is the only unit that does not come with a thermostat; instead it is set to heat 10 degrees above ambient temperature. The other three models all have 0-40 degree thermostats included, allowing for greater control of the root zone temperature.

Seedling boxes
We offer two sizes of seedling boxes, a small and large. The Small Seedling Box is made by Thermofilm and the Large Seedling Box is a combination of a Ki-Tab Tray and a 4-way lid made by Irelands. Both are great for cuttings or seedlings.
