M1000BT37 Small Jacket

The Sylvania Small jacket M1000BT37 is a lamp designed to run in a Metal Halide Ballast and in any position. It has a universal burning position meaning that it can be burnt in any type of shade and in any direction.
Like the MS1000BU it has a high CRI of 65 and a very high lumen output.
The CRI is an indication of how close the lamp is to natural light (ie. Sunlight). In this case a CRI of 65 means that the lamp is 65% close to natural light.
The main advantage of this 'small jacket' lamp is that it is only half the size of the standard Metal Halide lamps.
Metal Halide lamps, in general, are popular because they emit less heat than HPS Lamps and are therefore easier to work with in a greenhouse or indoor garden environment.
The M1000BT37 is a lamp suitable for larger growing areas.
